I found my tire size fast, which was nice. Checkout was simple too, didn’t really have to think much about it. A couple pages were a little slow to load, though, and I did notice that while clicking around. But overall, it was easy enough to use and I got through everything without any real issue.

I ordered tires from tirebuyer.com they got here quicker than I thought they would. They showed up within a couple of days, and the tracking updated without any issues. The shop had them before my appointment, which was a big relief. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the delivery window was a little "unclear" at first, but overall it wasn’t a big deal. I’d use them again.

"Good deal with the promo code and rebate"
I bought a set of tires through TireBuyer and overall, it was a good experience. The promo code worked at checkout, so that knocked the total down a bit, which I definitely appreciated.

The rebate was the only part that felt a little annoying. I had to upload some paperwork and then wait a few weeks, but it did eventually go through like it was supposed to.
I’d give it 4 stars because the savings were real and everything worked out in the end. I just wish the rebate instructions had been a little clearer upfront.

I bought my tires through TireBuyer and really appreciated that the install cost was shown upfront. When I got to the shop, there weren’t any weird extra charges or surprises. I think other customers would appreciate knowing exactly what they’re paying before they get there

"Helpful tire info, even if my timing was a little all over the place"
I was trying to figure out tires the other day, or maybe it was last week, I kind of lost track, but the info was really easy to understand. The size, specs, and what would actually fit my car were all right there, so I didn’t feel like I was just guessing. It made the whole process a lot less confusing, even if my own timeline for getting it done was not exactly organized.

"Appointment was right on time"
I booked my tire install through Tirebuyer, the appointment time was spot on. The shop already had my info pulled up, which was a nice surprise, and they took my car in pretty much as soon as I got there.
I was expecting some kind of wait or mix-up, because that stuff happens — but it all went really smoothly. Super easy overall, and I’d definitely do it this way again

I ordered tires and had a quick question about shipping, so I reached out to customer service thinking it would be a simple thing. They did eventually get back to me, and the answer was useful enough, but it took longer than I was expecting. it added some unnecessary stress because I just wanted to know what was going on with my order. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I hoped

I had to cancel my tire order and wasn’t really sure what to expect. I figured the refund would take at least a week, maybe longer, but then it was back on my card in like 2 days. I was kind of confused because I kept thinking, wait, that’s it? No extra hassle or anything. Happy with how easy it was.

Had a problem with one of my tires, nothing crazy but enough that I needed to deal with the warranty. I figured it was gonna be a whole runaround, but they actually helped me out quick. Basically got it sorted without a big hassle, which was better than I was expecting.
